Diamond Select Toys (or “DST”) was founded in 1999 by sister company Diamond Comic Distributors, as a manufacturer of toys and collectibles for kids and adults of all ages. With the acquisition of Art Asylum in 2007 and Gentle Giant Ltd. in 2019, their broad range of products, licenses and talent has earned them the motto “The Best of All Worlds,” and made them one of the top suppliers to the specialty comic market.

Working with 2-D and 3-D artists from around the world, DST develops items in a diverse array of product categories, including Select action figures, Minimates mini-figures, electronic vehicles, vinyl banks, resin busts and statues, kitchenware and prop replies. Their licenses are equally diverse, acquired through partnerships with Disney, Universal, Sony, CBS, Fox, Lucasfilm, Warner Bros., Marvel Comics, Toho and more.

DST merchandise is available at independently owned comic shops and specialty stores worldwide, through Diamond Comic Distributors. Find your nearest comic shop at comicshoplocator.com . Some items are also available at select chain stores, including Walgreens, Walmart, Box Lunch and Hot Topic.

DST is headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, with offices in New York and Hong Kong. They do not offer tours, but you can come meet the DST staff at their convention appearances at Comic-Con International in San Diego, and New York Comic-Con in New York City.

This website will offer regular postings about what is shipping each week from DST, as well as new pre-orders, new exclusive items and upcoming release dates. Also, each week the president of DST will answer questions submitted to Ask DST, responding directly to fans on the topics they're interested in.
