- PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
We accept the following payment methods:
- Paypal : by paying via Paypal the amount will be charged directly to the Paypal account or to the credit card associated with the account. Paypal accepts all credit cards in circulation such as Visa, Maestro or Mastercard. For more information on the cards accepted or other, visit the official Paypal website.
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Cash: Cash payment is only available for collection of your purchase at our offices.
NOTE: If you wish to purchase through the site, the only payment methods we accept are Paypal, Bank Transfer and Credit Card. If you prefer other payment methods, you must contact us to place your order, we recommend via WhatsApp for faster contact.
PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS
Once you have pre-ordered and paid the deposit, the remaining amount can be divided into monthly installments. The last installment will fall in the month of expected arrival of the product. For example, if a pre-ordered product is expected to arrive in September, the last installment will be in the month of September.
In case there are delays and the product does not arrive in the expected month, you can move the last installment directly to when the product is actually available. To pay the installment you will receive a payment request from Paypal directly to the email used to place the order. If you wish to pay the installments by bank transfer or other payment methods, contact us after placing the pre-order.

- SHIPMENTS FROM ITALY
ALL SHIPMENTS START FROM ITALY. The shipping cost for all of Italy depends on the size of the product and is visible in the cart during Checkout with a minimum cost of €10 for express shipping (1-2 working days).
For particularly bulky or heavy shipments, the shipping cost will be calculated and communicated when the item is in our warehouse (for pre-order items).
Once shipped, the tracking will be sent to allow the customer/recipient to follow their shipment. If the recipient is absent, a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day; if the second delivery attempt is not successful, the shipment will be stored waiting to be released and delivered again. This operation has a variable cost that will be borne by the customer/recipient as it is their responsibility to be present at the place chosen for delivery.

We can ship worldwide, the cost varies depending on the country of shipment and the weight of the item. Contact us for more information.
